Take pictures of your pins, and provide a description and a category. Tag it as a favorite or one you want to trade. Create a "wishlist pin" and add a picture from the web; when you find it, add it to your collection of pins. Also, save your favorites, the ones you want to trade, and your wishlist to the Cloud. You can search your pins by any text you added, view them in a list, or just view a coverflow so you can quickly parse through them.
An internal database drives this app, along with some database calls. The ability to save to the Cloud allows for some simple social interaction. This is the first app I've created that works on either platform. |

The objective is to build a community for Hidden Mickey seekers. Its supposed to be social - and fun!! Find and share Hidden Mickeys that appear all over Walt Disney World, DisneyLand, and beyond. This is my most sophisticated app. I use an offline database to store information about each entry, and store pictures on a server. I use the local GPS coordinates to show the entries that are "near me", or the user can view them on a map by specific park. Plus, there's an ability to 'flag' an entry for review. The user can take photos with their phone, add some information, and upload them to the server for inclusion. Or they can tweet the pictures. |
![]() | This is the same app, slightly modified to take advantage of the additional real estate on the screen. Because its less likley someone would take their iPad into the parks (though, of course, they may), I set a price a little lower, so you can play with the app a little. |

This is the official app for the Phins.com website, created by yours truly. It offers mobile news, and the ability to be social with the articles you are reading about MY favorite football team! This app leverages several functions. It parses an RSS feed and spearates it into groups that are displayed on scrolling widgets; and allows you to select items to appear or not appear. You can also search the news for articles of interest. You can save an article to the phone for future reading. The social aspects allow you to share by tweeting or emailing the article, or posting it to your facebook wall. Plus, there are links to external/web content. |

This is the ultimate scoring and social interaction app for miniature golf enthusiasts! Forget the pencil and scorecard, this is MUCH better! You can score 18 holes of golf, and see how everyone is doing against par. Plus, you can save your scores for future viewing - and you can mark those spots on a map. And that's not all: post info and pictures to social media sites so everyone knows you're having fun playing mini golf! This app uses an internal database for storage, pulls up the keyboard, uses the camera, and leverages the GPS feature. There is some "simple math" to do the scoring calculations. It also integrates with Facebook and twitpic. |

Take this app with you when you play miniature golf at your favorite establishment. Features 9 holes of scoring, with 4 players and Par for each hole. Score on the fly! Forget the little card and pencil. Use this instead! This is a simplified version of the larger app. It only brings up the keyboard and does the simple math. |

Use it to track how far you travel in both distance and time. See how many steps you took, and your average speed. Set an alert to tell you when you have reached a certain point, or when you are half way (so you can head back). This app is based on GPS coordinates, and uses the geometry of the earth to calculate the distance between two points, and then does a simple calculation for steps and miles per hour. It continually updates to add mileage, and appears to be within .15 miles over 10 miles (or nearly 99% accurate, when compared with a car-based odometer). There's also a timer to keep track of your effort. The map is a "flourish" to give you perspective on where you are. |

I had an interest in morse code, and so developed an app that allows you use your iPhone to tap it on an oscillator, or on a two-finger paddle. Or you can type in clear text and play it in morse code. 3 frequencies are available.
The key to this app is the touch screen, and how it responds, coupled with the playback of each sequence at the right frequency. |

Its Dave’s Bitchin’ Website in a mobile form...check out my blog, wankers, and podcast! This was my very first app. It parses an RSS feed, and allows for a podcast to be played directly on the phone. |
